Civil Engineering Site Agent - Highways

Oversee highway construction sites as a Civil Engineering Site Agent in Kent. Manage projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety and quality benchmarks.

In this role, you will coordinate activities across various construction sites, support the Project Manager, and uphold industry standards. It includes understanding project specifications, promoting safe practices, and managing relationships with subcontractors. Your leadership will also ensure compliance with legal obligations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects to meet quality and cost objectives

• Ensure compliance with project timelines and safety

• Interpret and implement technical drawings and specifications

• Mentor project team members and provide necessary support

• Facilitate induction for subcontractors and site personnel

Requirements:

• Considerable experience in Civil Engineering sector

• In-depth knowledge of NEC conditions and CDM rules

• Familiar with civil engineering testing and specifications

• SMSTS card holder along with NEBOSH or IOSH

• Strong communication and leadership skills
