Shape Canada's essential infrastructure as a Lead Electrical Engineer. Drive large-scale projects in defence, industrial, and remote sectors through innovative design and technical leadership.
In this role, you will contribute significantly to complex infrastructure initiatives, providing technical expertise to multidisciplinary teams. Your experience in major projects will be critical as you oversee electrical designs, compliance documentation, and advanced engineering solutions for diverse systems. Expect to mentor team members and deliver insights that transform national programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead electrical designs for complex infrastructure projects
• Support defence infrastructure pursuits and compliance documentation
• Deliver solutions for electrical systems including UPS and fire detection
• Provide strategic guidance to diverse project teams
• Mentor junior engineers tackling complex design challenges
Requirements:
• P.Eng. eligibility in a Canadian jurisdiction
• Proven success in delivering complex infrastructure projects
• Experience with P3 and Design-Build delivery methods
• Ability to meet security clearance for defence programs
• Prior involvement in Arctic project challenges
