Job Title: Project Manager (Engineering & Manufacturing)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of complex, custom-engineered equipment projects within industrial process environments. This role offers full ownership of the project lifecycle—from initial handoff and costing through manufacturing, installation, and commissioning.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of technical expertise, client-facing experience, and manufacturing project management, with the ability to drive projects to successful completion in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from internal handoff through to delivery, commissioning, and close-out.Review and validate project scope, detailed cost estimates, and engineering hours in collaboration with sales, engineering, and production teams.Establish and manage project budgets within D365, ensuring alignment with financial targets and business objectives.Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and operations) to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.Partner with procurement to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules and installation timelines.Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates, managing expectations, and coordinating key milestones such as Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).Oversee installation planning and execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.Monitor and manage project performance (schedule, budget, and risks), proactively implementing corrective actions when needed.Identify and mitigate project risks, scope changes, and execution challenges.Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.Ensure accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication throughout all project phases.Required Qualifications
7–10 years of experience in project management, engineering, technical service, or related roles.Min. 5 yrs managing projects within a manufacturing environment, delivering equipment into process industries such as mining, pulp & paper, oil & gas, or similar sectors.Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle, from costing through commissioning.Demonstrated success working directly with external clients and stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.Ability and eligibility to travel to the United States for project-related work.Preferred Qualifications

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52.89 - $74.52/hr.
