Key Responsibilities:

• Lead power plant engineering department and staff

• Establish engine maintenance scopes aligned with customer needs

• Monitor KPIs for departmental success

• Collaborate with clients on technical specifications and solutions

• Provide oversight for technical support and training initiatives
Requirements:

• Master’s in Engineering and 5+ years of leadership in aviation

• Or Bachelor’s in Engineering with equivalent experience

• Proven track record in continuous improvement initiatives

• Advanced knowledge of CAD, SAP, and MS Office

• Extensive background in aviation industry engineering
