As an Associate Project Manager, you will oversee fire installation projects across transportation, commercial, and public sectors. Collaborating closely with engineering consultants and field teams, you'll utilize your strong problem-solving skills to bridge communication gaps. Your project management expertise will drive successful execution while adhering to safety and budget guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project teams for fire installation projects
• Manage project scope, costs, and risks
• Develop detailed Project Execution Plans
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
• Maintain positive cash flow through billing and collections
Requirements:
• Experience in construction and project management
• Degree in Engineering or related field
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Willingness to travel as needed
