Key Responsibilities:

• Manage power plant engineering activities to meet department goals

• Develop and implement technical standards for engine tests

• Lead performance monitoring and KPI reports

• Set up technical orders for maintenance specifications

• Ensure adherence to aviation regulations in training
Requirements:

• Engineering Degree (M.Eng. or

B.Eng.) required

• 5+ years leadership and engineering experience

• Over 10 years in continuous improvement initiatives

• Expertise in CAD, CNC, and engineering software

• Knowledge of SAP engineering functions
