Manage a team, oversee departmental budgets, and coordinate activities aligned with business strategies to boost overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and develop engineering departmental staff

• Manage technical standards for engine testing and repair

• Integrate OEM maintenance instructions effectively

• Review and maintain the Inspection Database

• Develop inspection programs to enhance reliability
Requirements:

• Master of Engineering Degree or Bachelor with significant experience

• Leadership experience of 5+ years in aviation engineering

• Strong background in lean management techniques

• Proficiency in engineering software and SAP

• Advanced MS Office skills
