Annacis Plant Manager

Position: Annacis Island Plant Manager Role
Lead operations at Veolia North America's Annacis Island Facility as Plant Manager. This role involves overseeing wastewater processing and ensuring operational efficiency in a high-tech environment.
As the Plant Manager, you will manage the Hydrothermal Liquefaction (HTL) Demonstration Facility, ensuring continuous 24/7 operations. Your expertise in engineering and maintenance will be critical in implementing health and safety protocols, directing the overall O&M strategy, and managing a skilled multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure 24/7 continuous plant operations

• Direct maintenance strategies for optimal availability

• Oversee routine and emergency maintenance procedures

• Communicate effectively with municipal clients

• Maintain essential supplies for operations
Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management

• 10+ years in operations and maintenance

• Knowledge of industrial standards and regulations

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proficient in budget and project management
