Senior Manager of Power Plant Engineering BC

This full-time role requires a Master’s in Engineering with significant leadership experience in aviation. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the engineering team, establishing maintenance workscopes, and resolving technical discrepancies with manufacturers. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily activities of engineering department for objectives

• Lead recruitment and performance management for engineering staff

• Establish and amend engine maintenance workscopes based on history

• Liaise with manufacturers for technical issue resolution

• Create and approve technical documentation for operations

Requirements:

• Master’s degree with 5+ years leadership experience

• 5+ years engineering experience in the aviation sector

• Proven track record in continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and engine management

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
