You will be responsible for optimizing equipment processes, leading safety initiatives, and managing budgets. A background in heavy industries and strong leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of safety initiatives

• Optimize production equipment and processes

• Prepare budgets in collaboration with Maintenance

• Manage refractory installation and maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical

• Relevant experience in cement or heavy industry

• Previous leadership and communication experience

• Strong software knowledge, including Microsoft Office

• Preferred Auto Cad proficiency
