Mangrove Lithium is seeking an Advanced R&D Engineer to innovate and commercialize technology for producing battery-grade lithium. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in electrochemical testing, performance optimization, and durability analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and scale electrolyzer technologies
• Perform electrochemical cell assessments and metrics
• Enhance durability and efficiency of technologies
• Investigate component relationships in production

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in chemical or materials engineering
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
• Familiarity with electrochemical methods and testing
• Advantageous knowledge in water treatment
• Strong analytical and communication skills
