Job Summary

Join TD Canada Trust as a Customer Experience Associate. You will interact with customers, process financial transactions, offer banking solutions, and promote a positive customer experience by understanding needs and providing appropriate service and referrals.

Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with standardized operating procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
  • Understand and determine customer needs to recommend solutions while handling confidential information.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures; escalate non-standard activities as needed.
  • Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.
  • Connect personally with customers to clearly advise on banking solutions and processes.
  • Contribute to a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and engaging in personal development.
  • Support the team by staying dedicated and keeping teammates informed about routine activities.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and identify opportunities for operational improvements to achieve excellence.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.
  • Initiative, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with customers in a calm and courteous manner.
