Site Controller at Latecoere

Position: Contract Site Controller at Latecoere
Lead finance operations as a Temporary Controller for Latecoere Aerostructure Canada in Delta. Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and cost management during a maternity leave coverage period.

This is a key leadership role in Delta, overseeing the manufacturing site's finance team. The Temporary Controller will report to the Head of Finance and work closely with the General Manager and operations teams. Key responsibilities include managing financial statements, budgets, and internal controls while ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the period-end close and financial statements

• Analyze and correct program costs and variances

• Oversee annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts

• Ensure accountability for finance team outputs

• Support audits and resolve financial discrepancies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• At least 10 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of Canadian GAAP and IFRS

• Aerospace or industrial experience preferred

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
