As a Cost Controller at EBC, you will oversee the cost control cycle from project initiation to completion. Your expertise in finance or engineering will be vital as you track budgets, manage change requests, and coordinate with project teams. This role demands a minimum of five years in a similar capacity, particularly in the construction sector, with a strong command of project controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project cost control cycles and budget tracking
• Calculate initial budgets based on proposals
• Monitor costs, expenses, and budget updates
• Evaluate change requests for project impact
• Prepare project status reports and dashboards
Requirements:
• Degree in Administration, Finance, or Engineering
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office
• Interest in numbers and autonomy in work
