EBC is seeking a skilled Cost Controller with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in construction. In this position, you will oversee the cost control cycle by setting budgets, tracking expenses, and coordinating with project teams. Your expertise will help ensure project success by managing budgets and providing critical reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage cost control cycle across project execution
• Calculate initial budgets based on proposals
• Track hours, expenses, and budget updates
• Monitor changes in project scope and communicate with stakeholders
• Prepare project status reports and executive summaries
Requirements:
• Degree in Administration, Finance, or Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in English with strong communication skills
• Strong IT skills in MS Office and project control software
• Ability to analyze project costs and collaborate effectively
