Key Responsibilities:
• Maximize sales through effective promotional awareness
• Promote beauty products and the PC Optimum program
• Model superior customer service through eClienteling
• Actively promote and schedule in-store beauty events
• Attend educational workshops and vendor schools
Requirements:
• Proven experience in cosmetics sales
• Strong consultative and communication skills
• Requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to conduct makeup and skincare consultations
• Knowledge of beauty products and services
