In this role, you’ll assess and diagnose patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans and implement effective interventions. You are integral to the interprofessional care team and will also participate in research and educational initiatives. Establish therapeutic relationships that empower patients and their families in their care journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient physical and cognitive abilities
• Create outcome-focused intervention strategies
• Implement and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Engage in quality care and safety improvement
• Educate patients and their families on health management
Requirements:
• Full registration with College of Health Professionals, BC
• Comprehensive understanding of therapy standards and practice
• Proven communication and teaching capabilities
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Experience with collaboration in healthcare settings
