Within our supportive home care environment, you will assist clients with a variety of personal care tasks. This position is suited for those holding a Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent, eager to foster close relationships with clients. You will engage in enriching activities, ensuring safety and comfort while delivering dedicated care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care and hygiene needs

• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties

• Take clients on outings and handle errands

• Remind clients about medication and assist movement

• Document and chart care plans effectively

Requirements:

• Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent qualifications

• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain

• Valid CRC for Vulnerable Sector or willingness to obtain

• Must be able to travel throughout Greater Vancouver Area

• Access to Internet/smartphone with data
