Part Time RN - Patient Care B.C.

Contribute as a Part Time Registered Nurse with Fraser Health at Delta Hospital. Support patients through compassionate care and collaboration within the Medicine team.

In this role, you'll engage in comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with an interprofessional team for optimal health outcomes. Your contribution is vital for enhancing patient experiences and ensuring compassionate, person-centered care within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and document patient health statuses

• Collaborate on individualized care plans with families

• Participate actively in discharge planning processes

• Coordinate with care teams and delegate tasks

• Educate patients about illness and health maintenance

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved nursing program

• Current BCCNM registered Nurse status

• Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences

• Ability to utilize evidence-based practice in care

• Physical stamina to complete nursing responsibilities
