Position: Innovative Recreation Therapist for Community-Based Mental Health

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate client interests and leisure potential

• Design and adapt therapeutic recreation interventions

• Support clients in community activity participation

• Act as a liaison with interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate client documentation and records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Therapy essential

• 3 years of experience within mental health services

• Valid BC Driver's License required

• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients

• Basic computer skills for tracking client information
