EHS Associate Position

Position: PepsiCo EHS Associate Position
Make a significant contribution as an EHS Associate at Pepsi Co in Delta, British Columbia. This role focuses on maintaining safety standards and supporting the implementation of the Global Environmental, Health and Safety Management System (GEHSMS) in our beverage facility.

As an EHS Associate, you will lead safety initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Your effective communication and teamwork will empower you to develop strong relationships with stakeholders while promoting a culture of safety throughout Pepsi Co's operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Support GEHSMS development and implementation

• Conduct necessary EHS Risk Assessments

• Facilitate EHS training and ensure proper execution

• Analyze incident reports and develop action plans

• Assist in planning EHS audits and inspections

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in EHS roles

• Experience in food and beverage manufacturing preferred

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

• University degree or diploma in related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
