Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' functional abilities
• Develop and execute individualized rehabilitation plans
• Facilitate improvements in ADLs and IADLs
• Educate families about therapy goals and methods
• Document and modify patient care based on progress
Requirements:
• Credentialing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
• Accredited Occupational Therapy degree required
• Preference for experience in long-term care or acute settings
• Strong problem-solving and assessment abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
