- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
1 year to less than 2 years
LocationWork must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical abilities
- Assist health care professionals
- Carry out treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists, to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities
- Select appropriate exercises, apparatus and manipulations
- Maintain clinical and progress reports
- Maintain inventory of equipment
- Conduct research in physiotherapy
- Document patient rehabilitation progress
- Perform general clerical duties
Schedule and confirm appointments - Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments
- Teach and/or supervise exercises to patients
- Organize and maintain inventory
- A permanent resident of Canada
- A temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit
