Position: Compassionate Personal Support Aide Wanted
Help enhance the daily lives of seniors as a compassionate Personal Support Aide. Work full-time with flexible shifts, providing essential personal and household support.

This permanent position at a client’s home requires no prior experience, as training will be provided. You’ll play a significant role in supporting elderly clients with hygiene, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. The position offers various shift options, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate diverse schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver bedside and personal care tailored to client needs

• Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene

• Encourage and monitor regular exercise activities

• Conduct light housekeeping and laundry as needed

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals for clients

Requirements:

• Must have secondary school graduation certification

• Willingness to learn and train in personal support

• Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage physically demanding aspects of the job

• Demonstrated reliability and organizational skills
