Health & Safety Technician; Overnight

Health & Safety Technicians at Lululemon are responsible for conducting health and safety orientation for new hires and providing Power Industrial Truck training. They also participate in the emergency response team and emergency response actions.

• Candidates working in this post are appointed to assist with safety entry screening procedures, hygiene practices and monitoring COVID-19 prevention measures for the DC.
• Candidates working in this post are also appointed to conduct weekly real-time observations in departments based on incident frequency, post-incident, or routine cadence.
• Candidates are also appointed to provide feedback to employees engaging in unsafe behaviours or not adhering to safe work procedures.
• They’re also required to investigate and report first aid, work injuries, and near-miss incidents.
• Candidates are also appointed to assist employees with the completion of First Report of Injury reports and provide first aid working at this post.

• They must acquire first aid level 2, CPR, and AED training with the ability to meet attendance requirements to be eligible for this post.
• They must attain the ability to maintain a safe work environment and demonstrate a history of safe work practices.
• Candidates must have completed general knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations of a distribution centre.
• They must be flexible and adaptable with schedules which could include working off-shifts, required holidays, some weekends with occasional after-hours requirements and overtime.
