Position: Occupational Therapist for Fraser Health

This community-based role at Fraser Health focuses on delivering vital occupational therapy services to clients in diverse settings. Through collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, you'll enhance clients' occupation performance by tailoring support to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and assess clients' functional capacities

• Collaborate on treatment goals with clients and teams

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions

• Conduct home assessments and community visits

• Develop partnerships with community agencies

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC

• Two years of experience in community mental health

• Valid BC Class V Driver's License

• Knowledge of psychosocial approaches and rehabilitation practices

• Strong communication and leadership skills
