Join Good Samaritan Society as a Physical Therapist in Alberta or British Columbia. This part-time role focuses on rehabilitation for seniors while engaging with a supportive interdisciplinary team.
As a member of the largest not-for-profit provider of seniors’ care, you will deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services. The position requires a graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program and active registration to practice. Your experience with the elderly and capability to work within a team will be essential to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide rehabilitation services to seniors in care
• Supervise and direct Rehabilitation Aides
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure quality care in community settings
• Maintain accurate patient records and assessments
Requirements:
• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active registration with the Canadian Physiotherapists’ Association
• Interest in geriatric care and rehabilitation
• Clear Criminal Records Check Form
• Recent tuberculosis screening
