Compassionate Community Living Worker

Join Sources in Delta, BC, as a Community Living Worker dedicated to fostering independence and well-being among individuals with disabilities. This permanent, full-time position runs 40 hours per week.

As a Community Living Worker, you will play a crucial role in our residential program, supporting clients facing mental health challenges. This position involves creating and implementing personalized support plans, providing personal care, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders. You will also assist clients in navigating daily life and participate actively in crisis management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach clients in essential life skills

• Assist in developing and executing care plans

• Provide personal care and assist with meal planning

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education preferred

• Background in social services or mental health
