Job Summary
The HCA/Caregiver is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs. Qualicare Homecare BC has immediate openings for Health Care Aides/Caregivers to support clients locally in the Tsawwassen area!

Responsibilities
- Assistance with personal care and hygiene
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Accompany clients on outings
- Shopping and errands
- Medication Assist/Reminders
- Ambulation and transporting of clients
- Provide companionship to clients
- Ability to follow care-plan
- Documentation/Charting
- Must reside in South Delta (Tsawwassen/Ladner) or be fully willing and able to reliably commute to shifts across the area
- Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student)
- Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain
- CRC for Vulnerable Sector (valid for 5 years) or willingness to obtain
- Ability to travel around Greater Vancouver Area
- Access to Internet/smart phone with data
- Shifts ranging anywhere from 2 hours up to 12 hours
- Flexible working hours - Select your own shifts
