Your primary responsibilities include assessing clients of all ages with diverse health needs and formulating effective treatment plans. Working within a highly respected team, you will educate clients and caregivers on rehabilitation interventions while coordinating with various healthcare providers. With two years of experience, you will contribute to enhanced occupational performance and independence in clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide thorough occupational assessments and therapies
• Develop and implement tailored care plans
• Recommend specialized aids for activities of daily living
• Liaise with community resources for comprehensive care
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
• Minimum of two years experience in a similar setting
• Valid BC Driver's License and access to a vehicle
• Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
