Join Fraser Health as a Casual Occupational Therapist in Delta, B.C., specializing in client-focused rehabilitation therapy. Provide quality care to diverse communities from the comfort of their homes.
This position requires you to deliver occupational therapy services catering to various healthcare needs, especially for clients with disabilities. You'll work alongside families and multidisciplinary teams to devise effective treatment plans and address any barriers to care. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to determine client needs and capabilities
• Formulate and adjust individualized treatment goals
• Offer education on daily living skills and necessary adaptations
• Liaise with other health services for comprehensive care
• Document and report on client progress and compliance
Requirements:
• Full registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
• Minimum two years relevant clinical experience
• Current BC Driver's License and vehicular access
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in a compassionate manner
