Support Coast Hotel catering events as a Banquet Server focused on guest service, food and beverage preparation, and event-room readiness. The position serves the holiday season.
Reporting to the Catering & Convention Manager, this Banquet Server upholds Coast Hotel quality standards in its food and beverage department. You will follow Banquet Event Orders, maintain guest areas, stock supplies, and support breakfast-bar operations. The position requires teamwork, independence, and clear interpersonal communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow Banquet Event Orders during hotel catering events
- Prepare and stock food, beverages, and operating supplies
- Maintain inventory levels throughout the day
- Service, clean, and restore breakfast-bar areas
- Maintain meeting rooms, common areas, and equipment
- Previous banquet experience considered an asset
- Serving It Right certificate required
- Mandatory Hepatitis A vaccination
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work independently and within a team
