Weekend Reservations Executives at Rudding Park manage guest bookings while using communication and sales skills across hotel, spa, golf, and dining.
This weekend-only role suits enthusiastic hospitality professionals who create memorable guest experiences. You will handle individual and group transient reservations, manage booking details, and support revenue across Rudding Park’s Hotel, Restaurants, Holiday Park, Spa, and Golf. Agilysys knowledge is preferable, while training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle telephone and email reservation enquiries within service agreements
- Complete booking profiles, rates, payments, and guest details accurately
- Upsell and cross-sell across accommodation, spa, golf, and dining
- Issue booking confirmations and verify arrival correspondence daily
- Support Destination Experience Team administration and daily operations
- Strong hospitality industry knowledge and genuine passion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Efficiently manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Availability for at least three weekends out of four
