OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator contributes to the success of the Pepsi Co Beverages Canada team by executing recruitment initiatives with the goal to increase PBC's potential for success in all areas of attraction and selection. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide full end to end recruitment support for frontline and early talent roles.

ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with Hiring Managers, HR Partners and the candidates through the recruitment process.Broaden the sourcing philosophy for front-line roles, to ensure that there is sufficient candidate generation across various geographies.Posting jobs for frontline roles, with a focused effort on national co-op/new grad postings.Screening of candidates, to ensure that they fit the respective job specifications.Accountable for initiating the back-check process for candidates and communicating results with the TACs to ensure hiring speed.Utilize various digital platforms to source talented candidates.Utilizing our Applicant Tracking System to update and maintain accurate candidate records.Schedule candidates, send confirmation emails and compile interview feedback.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources, or Business.Knowledge of Applicant Tracking SystemsExperience in tasks which involve a high level of executionDemonstrated computer proficiency:
Microsoft Office SuiteSolid knowledge of hiring practices and employment legislationAbility to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, and prioritize and manage a variety of differing tasksDetail oriented with the ability to manage ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated team player, critical thinker, and willingness to learn and drive resultsExcellent interpersonal, organization, and written communication skillsAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityWhy work at Pepsi Co
