Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate safety and ethical behavior
• Act as a liaison for the mill leadership team
• Provide coaching and strategic HR guidance
• Manage staffing and recruitment processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2 to 4 years of relevant HR experience
• Proficient in HR systems and software
• Strong coaching and interpersonal skills
• Experience with in a unionized manufacturing environment preferred
