Oracle Cloud EPM Product Specialist; EPBCS

The Oracle Cloud EPM Product Specialist will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud – Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) platform. This role works closely with Finance, Planning, and IT teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes while ensuring the successful implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the EPBCS solution.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in financial planning and budgeting processes along with hands‑on experience configuring and supporting Oracle EPBCS environments.

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle EPM Cloud EPBCS (Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service).
• Work with Finance and Planning stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into EPBCS functional designs.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
  , ensuring system readiness for month‑end, quarterly, and annual processes.
• Configure and maintain EPBCS planning models, business rules, forms, and workflows

• Provide production support
  , troubleshooting system issues and ensuring optimal platform performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate EPBCS with other enterprise systems
  .
• Support data integrations using Oracle Data Management and other integration tools.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to business users.
• Monitor system performance and recommend best practices and enhancements within the Oracle EPM ecosystem.
• Stay updated on Oracle EPM Cloud product enhancements and releases

• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud – EPBCS configuration and support
  .
• Good understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  .
• Experience translating finance business requirements into EPBCS functional configurations
  .
• Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles in enterprise environments
  .
• Experience with Oracle Data Management and system integrations
  .
• Ability to work directly with finance stakeholders and business users
  .
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
  .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  .
• Experience in production support or managed services environments is highly preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 EPBCS implementations or support engagements
  .

• Experience with other Oracle EPM modules such as:
• ARCS – Account Reconciliation Cloud Service
• FCCS – Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service
• Oracle EPM Cloud certification is a plus.
