Senior Customer Solutions Architect Position

Caylent is hiring a Principal Customer Solutions Architect to partner with sales and drive strategic AWS solutions. Work remotely while fostering customer relationships and technological innovation.

In this key role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with teams to align AWS solutions with client goals. Your responsibilities involve leading architecture sessions, crafting proposals, and advocating for AWS through educational content. You will also mentor colleagues on complex projects and enhance team processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design sessions with clients

• Establish trust as a strategic advisor to stakeholders

• Create comprehensive proposals addressing customer needs

• Promote AWS solutions through workshops and webinars

• Mentor peers and enhance best practices within the team

Requirements:

• 10+ years of cloud architecture experience

• 10+ years in network or application architecture

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Understanding of Well-Architected principles

• Ability to travel up to 25%
