Elevate your career as a Workday Technical Analyst with Modaxo, focusing on platform optimization and integration management. This role includes collaborating with HR and IT teams to enhance our global Workday experience.
In this pivotal role, you'll drive the technical development and enhancement of Workday across all Modaxo portfolios. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping to optimize integrations, security, reporting, and configuration. Your contributions will ensure the successful evolution of Workday as we aim for complete adoption throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain integrations using Workday Studio and APIs
• Act as technical expert for HR, IT, and business teams
• Configure security roles and conduct compliance audits
• Build advanced reports and provide analytical insights
• Lead activities related to bi-annual Workday releases
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Workday configuration experience
• Expertise in Advanced Compensation and Absence Management
• Strong skills in integrations and reporting features
• Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to data quality and audit readiness
Drive continuous improvement in Workday as a key technical partner within Modaxo.
