Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement managed services strategy

• Manage the operating model and service framework

• Mentor service leaders and technical teams

• Maintain performance metrics for service improvement

• Handle client onboarding and retention strategies

Requirements:

• 8–12+ years of experience in cloud engineering

• Leadership in production services required

• Knowledge of Entra  change management

• Strong SRE and ITSM background

• Preferred certifications include AZ-104 or SC-300
