In this role, you will support Nature’s Fare's ERP system by responding promptly to helpdesk requests. Your main responsibilities include troubleshooting, issue resolution, and providing training for end-users. This collaborative position allows you to implement improvements while gaining hands-on experience within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage user support requests through Jira
• Troubleshoot and escalate ERP issues as needed
• Conduct trainings for new ERP system users
• Create and maintain documentation for user guidance
• Participate in ERP upgrades and optimizations
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in IT support roles
• Relevant education is beneficial
• Availability for on-call support
• Enthusiasm for organic health products
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
