E-commerce Director for Shopify Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the complete Shopify experience, from backend to user interface

• Audit site performance and formulate execution plans

• Drive conversion improvements through analytics and CRO

• Enhance product merchandising and inventory accuracy

• Hire and manage freelancers and agencies as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years of e-commerce experience with site ownership

• Proficient in Shopify management

• Experience improving conversion and site performance

• Robust data analysis and reporting skills

• Adaptable to work in startup-like environments with North American overlap
