Elevate employee engagement as a GTM Engineer s role combines strategic insight and technical skill to enhance and automate marketing and sales operations.
In this key position, you'll collaborate across teams to architect an efficient GTM engine for Work Tango's Employee Experience platform. With a focus on automation and data integration, you will influence the company's revenue approach while managing tools like Hub Spot and Salesforce. Your initiatives will directly impact engagement and retention metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Hub Spot and Salesforce integration projects
• Develop automated workflows for lead management
• Construct dashboards for marketing and sales alignment
• Maintain CRM data integrity through automation
• Partner with GTM leaders for iterative process improvements
Requirements:
• 4–6 years in B2B SaaS Rev Ops or Marketing Ops
• Expertise in Salesforce and Marketing Automation (Hub Spot)
• Familiarity with no-code tools and Python
• Strong analytical mindset for data interpretation
• Effective communicator across various stakeholders
