Key Responsibilities:

• Support SAP S/4

HANA functionality and users

• Resolve technical issues and perform root cause analysis

• Prioritize and manage support tickets efficiently

• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective solutions

• Conduct user training and manage access roles

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field

• 3–5 years of SAP S/4

HANA experience

• Expertise in ABAP and data integrity issues

• Experience with SAP module functionalities

• Self-motivated to work independently and collaboratively
