This permanent, full-time position offers a salary of $36.80 hourly for 35 hours per week. With 1-2 years of relevant experience and a diploma from a recognized college or similar program, you will assist users, provide training, and support business systems. Your expertise will drive improvements in user satisfaction and troubleshoot difficulties across various technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to users experiencing computer difficulties
• Consult manuals to implement effective solutions
• Provide training and advice to users
• Maintain a log of problems and solutions for reference
• Supervise and guide other technical support staff
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of technical support experience
• Relevant diploma or certificate in IT
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Authorization to work in Canada
