IT Support Specialist - Terminal Operations

As part of GCT's IT Hardware Department, you will deliver hands-on support for both desktop and specialized industrial computing systems.
Your role includes responding to incidents, troubleshooting issues, and effectively documenting solutions in our ticketing system. With your proactive approach, you’ll aid in new system deployments while collaborating with various stakeholders on projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site support for computing systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain accurate problem records
• Manage multiple support tickets efficiently
• Communicate and coordinate with users and vendors
• Participate in technology-related projects and initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of 2nd level helpdesk experience
• Relevant certifications including A+, Network+, MCSE
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Vehicle access for site visits to terminal locations
• Adaptability to work in various conditions and shifts
