The Data Analyst will own the insights, set up analysis, and create automated dashboards and reporting. They will be responsible for identifying data sources (internal/external) to invent and simplify mechanisms and create custom reporting and analytics automation tools.
Key Responsibilities Development of data collection processes and data management systems
Maintenance of data integrity (0% error rate)
Designing of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports in MS Excel
Charting and graphing of data for reporting purposes
In-depth research of defect trends
Data collection and entry as needed
Data mining and problem solving
Back up for Process Assistant duties
Basic Qualifications 2+ years of professional or military experience
Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
18 years of age or older
2+ years of business analyst, data analyst or an equivalent role experience
1+ years of using SQL to extract and manipulate data experience
Bachelor's degree, or High school or equivalent diploma
2+ years of professional work experience, or experience in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel
Experience writing complex Excel VBA macros
Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
Experience in advanced SQL, Python, Tableau
Experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis
Experience with modern software development, web development frameworks, APIs
1+ years of project management experience
Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling
Experience with data scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Supply Chain or related field

2+ years of business analyst or data analyst experience; 1+ years SQL experience;
Excel proficiency including VBA macros;
Bachelor's degree or high school diploma. Preferred: advanced SQL, Python, Tableau, project management experience, knowledge of data warehousing.
