Senior Insurance Advisor

Position: Senior Insurance Advisor at BCAA
BCAA is seeking a Senior Insurance Advisor for our Delta Service Location. Ideal candidates are experienced in homeowner insurance and eager to mentor others while delivering top-notch service.

This senior role focuses on issuing BCAA insurance products, advising customers on policy renewals, and collaborating with support teams for optimal coverage solutions. You will lead customer accounts, process documentation, and strive to meet both sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue and manage BCAA insurance products for clients

• Assess policy coverage and make informed recommendations

• Collaborate with underwriting for effective coverage solutions

• Maintain customer accounts and documentation accuracy

• Participate in training and remain updated on insurance products

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in insurance sales

• Level 2 insurance license preferred

• Familiarity with Autoplan Essentials necessary

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Bonus:
Experienced with ICBC systems and additional languages
