Become a pivotal member of the Village Farms team as a Lead Technology Specialist in Supply Chain. Focus on operational excellence through leveraging Acumatica ERP and advanced analytics.

In this hands-on role, you will take charge of end-to-end supply chain planning and execution. Collaborate with various departments to improve planning accuracy and service delivery while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Your analytical prowess will enhance operational dashboards and provide key insights to drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Supply Chain & IBP domain ownership responsibilities

• Provide functional support for supply chain systems

• Engage in IBP/S&OP process improvements

• Develop and manage KPIs to monitor operational success

• Ensure robust master data governance within supply chain

Requirements:

• 5+ years with ERP/supply chain planning systems

• Direct experience with Acumatica or equivalent

• Comprehensive knowledge of demand/supply planning

• Strong documentation and user training skills

• On-site role based in Delta
