The OpportunityThe Technology Lead – Supply Chain & IBP is a hands‑on technology leader and functional domain owner for end‑to‑end supply chain planning and execution enablement. The role is accountable for effective use of Acumatica ERP and planning/analytics tooling to support Integrated Business Planning (IBP/S&OP), procurement, inventory policy, distribution, and order fulfillment. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve planning accuracy, service levels, and operational efficiency while maintaining compliance.
WhatYou'll Do Domain Ownership & Operational Support
- Serve as the primary functional owner for Supply Chain & IBP processes supported by enterprise systems (demand planning inputs, supply planning, procurement, replenishment, distribution, and fulfillment enablement).
- Own day‑to‑day Tier‑2/3 support for supply chain applications and ERP workflows: triage incidents, resolve data issues, and coordinate fixes with global teams and vendors.
- Partner with business leaders to run and continuously improve IBP/S&OP cadences (data preparation, scenario inputs, constraint visibility, and action tracking).
- Support order fulfillment workflows in partnership with Commercial and Warehouse teams (availability checks, allocations, backorders, shipments, returns) while ensuring controls and data quality.
- Define and maintain planning data requirements (forecasts, lead times, safety stock, MOQ/MPQ, capacities, calendars) and ensure master data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs (service level, OTIF, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, plan adherence) in collaboration with Data/Analytics (e.g., Power BI).
- Enable scenario planning and what‑if analysis to support trade‑offs across supply, demand, inventory, and capacity.
- Identify process/system gaps and deliver improvements that reduce manual effort and improve planning signal quality.
- Establish and enforce master data governance for supply chain objects (items, vendors, lead times, lanes, locations, pricing/terms where applicable).
- Translate requirements into clear user stories and change requests with acceptance criteria; prioritize the backlog based on business outcomes.
- Lead UAT and cutover activities for domain changes; publish SOPs and train planners, buyers, customer service, and warehouse users.
- Collaborate with Integration and Data teams to ensure interfaces and reporting align with enterprise standards and do not create duplicate sources of truth.
- 5+ years supporting ERP and/or supply chain planning applications in manufacturing, CPG, agriculture, food, or distribution environments.
- Hands‑on experience with supply chain modules in Acumatica (or similar ERP) covering procurement, inventory, distribution/fulfillment, and related controls.
- Working knowledge of IBP/S&OP concepts, demand/supply planning, inventory optimization, and cross‑functional planning cadences.
- Strong analytical skills; experience translating business questions into operational KPIs and actionable dashboards.
- Proven ability to document processes, train users, and drive adoption in operational teams.
- Ability to work on‑site in Delta and engage directly with planning, warehouse, and operations stakeholders.
- Experience integrating ERP planning data with reporting/analytics platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric/Power BI) and/or specialized planning tools.
- Exposure to regulated/traceability‑intensive industries.
- Experience working with 3PL/transportation…
