This role is tailored for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding or international logistics. You will handle all export documentation, track shipments, and ensure compliance with Canadian regulations, particularly related to air freight and IATA standards. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for managing multiple shipments effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete export documentation for international shipments

• File export declarations through CERS

• Prepare and issue air waybills (MAWB/HAWB)

• Track shipments and notify customers of updates

• Process Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo per IATA regulations

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in air export operations

• High school diploma; supply chain education preferred

• Strong knowledge of export documentation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cargo management systems

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
